Martin Petr has created admixr, a complete R package to run ADMIXTOOLS:
This R package makes it possible to perform all stages of an ADMIXTOOLS analysis entirely from R. It provides a set of convenient functions that completely remove the need for “low level” configuration of individual ADMIXTOOLS programs, allowing users to focus on the analysis itself.
To see many more examples of admixr in action, check out the complete tutorial vignette.

The admixr 📦 is finally on CRAN! It provides an interface for writing reproducible ADMIXTOOLS popgen analyses entirely in #rstats: no shell scripting, no par/pop/log files. It has convenient genotype filtering, easy grouping of populations and more! https://t.co/Lsvnkt4a1V (1/5)
